Is anyone having technical issues with :"Create a navigation element" challenge exercise?

I repeatedly try and submit the answer for this challenge and get repeated disconnection messages. Is anyone having a similar issue? Is there are technical support section to this website?

you have to add a </a> closing tag after the link index.html
