Treehouse TeacherHi alenkirm
I'll ask in the iOS Techdegree Slack team to see if anyone would like to give their direct feedback on the value of the program.
Here are a couple of previous forum questions that dealt with this topic as well:
You should also be able to try a 7 day trial to see what you think of it.
Thanks for being a Treehouse student!

iOS Development Techdegree Graduate 16,269 PointsHey,
I have been learning with the TD for several months now. Unfortunately I have had multiple disruptions with life events so I am not very far into the program. I feel like it is definitely worth it though. There are a few things I wish were improved but they have been getting better lately so that is a plus. I wish the communication / help on Slack was better. Most of the support on slack is student based and frankly not everyone is on slack all the time so it may take a while to get a response on slack. Fortunately like I said that is getting better with treehouse staff interacting more and more and other students getting closer to completion if not already completed so there are now more resources. Overall I think it is worth it as I do want to be full time iOS developer hopefully soon. I know I may not have helped with this answer too much but it's all I have. If you have any doubt I do recommend you do the free trial. Good luck and I hope to see you on slack soon!

259 PointsFrom my understanding it is a little more difficult (not impossible, just more of a challenge) to get hired as an IOS/Android developer without a college degree as opposed to getting into web development. That shouldn't talk you out of it of course, but just to know to go in with eyes wide open.

7,632 PointsHello, We are on the same page there ;) my dreams are to become full time iOS dev, since web dev isn't really that much challenging and almost everyone can create website (wp, wix ...) but it is still nice to have knowledge about front end :) it is just a part of programming ... the more you know, the more you are :) Thank you!
