9,372 PointsIntegrating API results in an express app (twitter interface)
Where and how should api calls be placed within an express app? I need to make multiple api calls to retrieve the information required by the 'build a twitter interface' assignment but I am uncertain as to where to place those calls. I have the code below, which works for one call, but if I want to make several calls and then display the results I am unclear how I would do so.
app.get('/', (req, res) => { config.keys.get('statuses/user_timeline', { screen_name: '**' }, function (err, data, response) { res.locals.tweets = []; for (var i = 0; i < 5; i++) { res.locals.tweets.push(data[i].text); } res.render('index'); console.log(data); });
})
Thanks!
