23,204 PointsHi Ramon,
The proper syntax for list items are li. Read more about the li tag here. Also keep an eye out to close tags correctly within other elements. Currently you have the closing tags </nav> and </ul> in the wrong order.
<nav>
<ul>
<li>List item</li>
</ul>
</nav>
Good luck and keep on learning!

16,343 PointsAs mentioned above, you're using l1 instead if li, which is the correct syntax for list items. And your closing nav and ul tags are reversed. You want to nest both the opening and closing ul tags inside the nav tag, which will make it inside the navigation toolbar.
<nav>
<ul>
<li> Portfolio </li>
<li> About </li>
<li> Contact </li>
</ul>
</nav>
