In the .photo:hover .overlay rule, write a transform that will move the element up 100% from its original space.

I can't understand about this

The instructions say "write a transform that will move the element up 100% from its original space.". There's no mention of rotation or scaling, but you have both of those in your transform.

Also, in the translateY, you specified pixels instead of percentage as the unit.

Finally, the "up" direction would require a negative offset value.
