HTML How to Make a Website Beginning HTML and CSS Write an HTML Element

In the first web development challenge the index.html panel does not allow my cursor to click & type the first line.

I cannot continue this if the challenge does not allow me to answer. What am I doing or not doing wrong? Please help I would like to continue.

Did you try refreshing the page? If it still doesn't work, there might be an issue with Treehouse. Best thing to do would be to skip that code challenge and get back to it later.
