Hi Walter!

What you should spot first is the name of this constant - isPerfectMultiple. This should lead you to the fact that this constant will be of value Bool. The perfect multiple is when the result of a%b is 0. So you want to know whether the result of value%divisor is perfect multiple or not. So, all you have to do is to "ask" whether constant result equals to 0 :)
