in the charset step of the code challenge i enter everything correctly but still doesn't let me proceed

in the course "How to Make a Website" there is one code challenge in which I am supposed to add the meta charset even tough I do everything correctly website doesn't let me proceed it has been two days now that I have been stuck on this section.
