Hello. I using linux and I'm having difficulty import a zip file (in teacher note) into intellij

Can you be more specific?

So basically in Java Intermediate, there is a course "local development environment". Within that course there is a video "importing external code". So basically in the teacher's note, Craig has this zip file.... and we need to import that to Intelij. But I don't know how to import it..
