When we are creating our own websites for clients and we do not have our own images, where do we get them from? Also, how do we get other social media images?

If that is not an option, there are many freelance sites where you can hire someone to do that sort of work for you. If you'd rather avoid that option as well, then sites like shutterstock.com have some pretty amazing stock photos.
Kinda just depends on what sort of budget you're working with. Stock image sites tend to be pricey if you aren't including the cost into what you bill for!
