I'm trying to install MAMP on Windows 10, but "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from [my] computer"

I've run sfc / scannow in an elevated command prompt and not found any errors.

Any suggestions?

This is the OP. I fixed it.

Apparently, WAMP was looking for a .dll file that exist within Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, which I didn't have. (I had other versions installed, but not 2015.) I found it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/developer-tools.aspx, I downloaded it, and now WAMP is happily running. Yay.
