677 PointsI'm stock with this problem from "Raising exceptions" here it goes:
"I've made a function that creates brand new product names using "artificial intelligence". I have a problem though, people keep on adding product ideas that are too short. It makes the suggestions look bad. Can you please raise a ValueError if the product_idea is less than 3 characters long? product_idea is a string. Thanks in advance!" ...And my progress stops in here:
def suggest(product_idea): suggest = len(input()) return product_idea if product_idea != len > 3: raise ValueError("the product idea is too short") print = input("whats the product idea?")

243,228 PointsFor this challenge, you only need to add a test ("if") and "raise" to the existing code. You won't need to "input" anything.
Also, to get the length of something, you pass that thing as an argument to the "len()" function. You wouldn't use the word "len" by itself.
And when posting code to the forum, use Markdown formatting to preserve the appearance (particularly lines and indenting).
