Your code wouldn't compiled because you have made two grammar mistakes. Namely, the return arrow, which should go before the open bracket and be followed by a return type, and return statement, which should return a variable matching the return type you specified in method declaration.
func temperatureInFahrenheit(temperature: Double) -> Double {
return temperature
}
