I'm not sure where to put the "catch" to tell the user they didn't enter a whole number.

having trouble with try/catch, any help is appreciated! thank you.

Program.cs
using System;

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main()
            try
            {
                {
                    Console.Write("Enter the number of times to print \"Yay!\": ");
                    string input = Console.ReadLine();
                    catch()
                    {
                        Console.WriteLine("You must enter a whole number.");
                    }

                    int count = int.Parse(input);

                    int i = 0;
                    while(i < count)
                    {
                        i += 1;
                        Console.WriteLine("Yay!");
                    }
                }
            }
    }
}

The "catch" should come after the "try" instead of being inside it.

Also, while it's not a technical issue, you might want to remove that extra set of nested braces to improve readability.

Think of it like an if-else statement.

try { The code inside these blocks }

catch { The error if the code inside the try blocks couldn't run. }
