I'm not sure how to complete the second part of Task 3 or how to do it in one line. Can someone break it down?

I would like to know how to do it both ways (in multiple line and in one line)

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")
menu = "Our available flavors are: {}."
display_menu = ", ".join(sundaes)

Hi Micheal, In regards to doing it all in one like you can do the below

available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")
menu = 'Our available flavors are: {}.'.format(", ".join(sundaes)) # changing the variable sundaes on the fly

In the string for the menu that was suggested in the instructions, you can see the pair of curly braces. It means that you need to use format function like:

available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")
menu = "Our available flavors are: {}.".format(sundaes)
