I feel like the prompts in this course are providing less and less detail while simultaneously not having hints as an option. I'm not even sure where to begin with this.

Java Web Development Techdegree Graduate 30,124 PointsSo you just need to do a simple if statement to check after value is assigned to see if its in bounds. If it's not in bounds, then you need to throw a new error. So your code would look like this:
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
if (value < 0 || value > 20) {
throw new System.Exception("Out of range");
}
Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
