To drag files into your workspace unzip your file and try to drag one file into the left hand dark grey bar. Try to drag it towards the bottom of the bar and you should see a box that says drag and drop. The box will be on the bottom left corner of your workspace.

Did you unzip the file first? While you do have some access to the files while zipped, somethings don't work until you unzip the folder.

i have access to the file and i have drag them, but no luck how do you unzip the file? Thank you

Do you use windows, or are you on a mac?

windows

Right click on the file and select Extract all. Then drag and drop the files into your workspace.

I'm assuming the folder was downloaded to your 'Downloads' folder. So, open your downloads folder. Right click on the zipped folder, and one of the options should be to unzip the folder. It'll suggest where to unzip the folder to, so make sure you know where it's unzipping to.

it'll probably say 'extract' not 'unzip'.

thank you are right Emma i keep looking for unzip thank you too Kevin

You can unzip the file on your computer and drag and drop the files into your workspace.
