24,529 PointsI'm am looking for a project control process tool
I need a better way to manage my developers.
Basically I am looking for some sort system that tracks development. E.g. I can create a feature request, break it down on how it is supposed to work and keep track of the developer working on that said feature all the way until the feature is fully tested and complete.
I've tried Trello and Asana but it's not exactly what I am looking for as it's pretty convoluted, especially when you work on a full fledged app with multiple people involved.
thanks

7,469 PointsHmmm. I use Asana. My team has around 30 people (PMs, Developers, Engineers, Managers, QA). It is complicated but once you get it setup it works pretty well. Asana recently did an update so you might want to try it out again.
I assume you're using agile development?

24,529 PointsThank Cody, I'll give it another try. Last time I tried it was over a year ago.
And yes, agile development, we need more structure hah!

7,469 PointsYeah I'd really try Asana. There are guides on asana & agile. Give them a read see all the use-cases and functionality then adapt it to your team style.
