Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Conditional Value

If, then

I'm going to create a variable named age. I need you to make an if condition that sets admitted to True if age is 13 or more.

conditions.py
admitted = None
if age == 13
    admitted = true

I apologize, I gave you the wrong answer. What you're missing is the : after the conditional on the line with the 'if'.

admitted = None
if age >= 13:
    admitted = True

Almost right. Change the check for equality to 'greater than' in the conditional expression;

admitted = None
if age >= 13
    admitted = true

Thank you for your help but when I type this if age >= 13 admitted = true

I get an error. Can you possibly point me in the right direction? Thanks!!

What's the error you get? Please paste in here the error message.

Hello Attila, invalid syntax (<string>, line 1) that is the error message I am getting.

... and also in Python the logical 'true' has to be capitalized: True
