if i cancel my account will i get my money back to my account

According to the treehouse terms and conditions, your cancellation will take effect after the current period you'e already paid for ends - meaning you won't be prorated a refund for already paid for, unused time.

See below:

You may notify us of your wish to cancel your membership at any time at https://teamtreehouse.com/account/enrollment, but your cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current commitment period (which may be either a yearly or a monthly period). You will not be entitled to a refund for any membership fee already paid.
