I thought I could move at my own pace, however when I go to the responsive layout project I get this message "You can submit this project on or after April 22nd. In the meantime, we recommend asking other students in Slack to review your code for any small errors which will also improve your chance at earning a passing grade." If I get to work at my own pace why can't I submit this as soon as I'm done? I'm not done yet I would just like to know if I'm only going to be able to submit one project a month.

To ensure we can spend quality time on each and every one of your code reviews, we are asking that you limit your submissions to one project every two weeks.
