624 PointsI think I'm misunderstanding the question here. The .format() is being used on menu. Though what are we passing in?
Not sure what to pass in as an argument.
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")
menu = "Our available flavors are: {}".format(sundaes)
display_menu = sundaes.join(", ")
menu = menu.format(display_menu)

43,783 PointsThe final answer is supposed to use the value in the display_menu variable. However, some of your code is incorrect.
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")
display_menu = ", ".join(sundaes)
menu = "Our available flavors are {}".format(display_menu)
