public void charge() {
    while (!isFullyCharged()) {
      mBarsCount++;
    }
  }

This should do it.

Hi Carlson,

you are almost there, don´t give up !!!

  public void charge() {
    while (!isFullyCharged()) {
      mBarsCount++;
      //mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
      //you don´t need the line anymore, because mBarsCount will be increased only as long as not (!) isFullyCharged
  }
}

And you don´t need to change the isFullyCharge method at all :)

Use it inside the charge method
