I seemed to be stumped I can not figure out if the tittle tag goes before or after the meta tag?

I am adding a tittle tag, I placed it after the opening of the head tag but after the meta tag. It says it is incorrect. So then I put the tittle tag after the open head tag but before the meta tag, and it says that is incorrect too. But I can not put it out side of the head tag, where does it go?

You are spelling it tittle. The correct spelling is title.

Oh, and you haven't closed your meta tag either...
