I seem to get an unhandled ArgumentOutOfRangeException when trying run the app

I seem to be getting the following response whenever I run the application. Following along with .NET version 4.6.1 on Windows 10 with VS 2017. The following is the listing of the response.

Server Error in '/' Application. Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: site Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request.
