I need help

I am getting an error where it saws return Person.

structs.swift 
struct Person {
    let firstName: String
    let lastName: String
}

func fullName(first: String, second: String) -> (Person)  {
    var d = [Person]()

    let first = "Bill"
    let second = "Jones"

    let firstAndSecond = Person(firstName: first, lastName: second)
    d.append(firstAndSecond)
    return Person

}

I just saw the challenge, it demands you to add an Instance Method rather than a normal function to the program. 

struct Person {
    let firstName: String
    let lastName: String

    func fullName() -> String{
        return ("\(firstName) \(lastName)")
    }
}
