13,998 PointsThere are paid for websites too, but do check licensing as Morrice says.

I repeat, always check the licenses as to what you can and can't do with the images to save yourself problems in the future.

39,199 PointsI usually like subtlepatterns.com but I'm not sure if that's what you are going for in this instance.

11,729 PointsI see that the background image you are looking for is an abstract image.
If you have Photoshop you can go through the Photoshop tutorial here on Treehouse to learn the general stuff, then you can look online for a quick tutorial such as these: http://vandelaydesign.com/blog/design/photoshop-background-tutorials/
It'll save you the headache of copyright / trademark and you can generate some unique and cool artwork.

12,624 PointsHey Anthony,
You'll find tons of Abstract backgrounds here (on Graphicriver): http://graphicriver.net/category/graphics/backgrounds/abstract — they're paid, but they're pretty cheap.
Hope that helps. :)

To find good images that are free and are part of the creative commons is a heck of a problem. Some many images are registered and trademarked that unless you have deep pockets $$$ its a real issue. Believe me I have looked.
Heres what I do. Check out pixabay they are free to use, hi-rez and come in all sorts of flavours and styles. ie: jpg png etc. You can also use flickr you just have to be sure that your image that you download falls into the creative commons category.
Hopes this helps M
