Try the Front End Web Development Track to learn HTML CSS and JavaScript, which is what you'll need to start building basic websites

Congratulations! You're already on the right track by starting with Team Treehouse. It may seem a bit daunting at first, considering the amount of courses available. I would say that the best place to start, if you're not really that passionate about programming and more about money, are the vast worlds of Wordpress, Design, and Business. These are three tools that will get you where you want to be, and quite quickly... It may take a while to get going, but in the end, I'm sure you'll be happy!

I agree with Greenie 99, but I don't really recommend WordPress...

I'd consider learning front-end development, starting with HTML, then CSS, then finally JavaScript.

You can also start with Ruby or Python (note: the Python course in my opinion is a little more difficult so I recommend learning a different language first).
