744 PointsI installed xampp but I can't load localhost I changed the ports from 43 to 4343 and from 80 to 8080 because it was tel
because it was telling me that VMware was also using those ports. so both apache and Mysql are running now but I can't access localhost

7,100 PointsAre you on a PC or Mac? If your on a Mac, I would maybe try using MAMP and just playing with different port numbers.
Have you tried Apache on port #8888 and MySQL on port #8889?

744 Pointshi, I solved the problem by uninstalling VMware
Even though I changed the port numbers so that VMware and Xampp have different ports, it still wouldn't work. So I just uninstalled Vmware... I'm on a PC by the way and thx for the help
