"Inside the three new list items, add the following images: "numbers-01.jpg", "numbers-02.jpg", and "numbers-06.jpg". Leave the alt attributes blank, and don’t add any captions or links. Just the images!
Remember, you can preview your work by clicking the Preview button."
You have paragraphed captions under your images and link tags around your images.

A couple of things i've noticed is that you haven't included the tag that surrounds your list items for an unordered list.
<ul>
<li></li>
</ul>
Also you don't need to set any hyperlinks inside your list items so you should leave these out.
Make your list, look like this..
<ul>
<li>
<img src="img/numbers-12.jpg" alt="">
<p>Creating shapes using repetition.</p>
</li>
</ul>
