I have completed the FSJS course multiple times, but it still shows that I haven’t completed the course. What can I do?

My name is Wagiha Mariam, and I’m currently completing the FSJS starter course for the APP program. I’m reaching out because I seem to be dealing with a bug in the course. I have completed everything, but it still shows that I haven’t completed the course.

I have tried rewatching the lessons and redoing several of the same practice questions multiple times, but it still appears incomplete on my end.
