My Code works fine in eclipse i dont understand why i still get an error here ...

printf ... the f in prints stands for formatted and you should usuall use it when you have something with formating information.
try this (pseudo code):
// I have imported a java.io.Console for you, it is named console.
String firstExample = "hello";
String secondExample = "hello";
String thirdExample = "HELLO";
if(firstExample.equalsIgnoreCase(thirdExample)){
console.printf("%s and %s are the same ignoring case", firstExample ,thirdExample );
}
