Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 13,636 PointsI don't understand what this question wants.
The question is:
Set the makeMeal function to invoke the callback function passed to it.
function makeMeal(meal, cb) {
alert(Preparing ${meal}.
);
___;
}
makeMeal('lunch', () => { alert('Finished the meal!'); });
Under the alert I have no idea what this question wants. It's asking to invoke the callback function passed to it, so why doesn't cb(); suffice as an answer? The question also gives no help when I answer it wrong. I'd appreciate anyone's help here so I can move on. Thank you.

Treehouse Moderator 48,850 Pointscb(); should be the correct answer. Are you adding a semi-colon by chance (if so, it's already there).
