I don't understand this question...

This is just not understandable. What's a constructor?

Frog.cs
namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Frog
    {
         public int TongueLength;
        public frog (int frog)
        {
            TongueLength = frog
        }
    }
}

In costructor parametr You should have: public Frog(int tongueLength) and then in constructor body should be: TongueLength = tongueLength;

Code should look just like below:

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Frog
    {
         public readonly int TongueLength;

        public Frog(int tongueLength)
            {
            TongueLength = tongueLength;
            }

    }
}
