Hello,

This line means that the list item can not be wider than 940 pixels. But can be smaller than 940 pixels. For example, if you have a small browser window or screen the list item will be smaller than 940 pixels. But if you have a very large browser window or screen the list item will not be biggar than 940 pixels.
