your code has a few problems: Firstly you should only print out "Hi " and not also a name. Besides that you don't need to use the format method in this challenge and you also don't have to call the method yourself as this will happen automatically when the challenge is evaluated.
To solve this challenge just multiply the string "Hi " by the number that's passed to the printer function as an argument like so:
def printer(count):
print("Hi " * count)
