11,818 PointsIt is asking to you to instantiate a new go cart object. To do that you define a variable of the type GoKart and use the "new" keyword to create the object.
GoKart cart = new GoKart("blue");

to create an object in Java, since Gokart is already predefined for us it would look something like
Object objectName = new Object(object parameters);
So this should look like
GoKart kart1 = new GoKart("green");
