It would be a good idea to read up on enhanced for loops before attempting this challenge.

an enhance for loop takes two main parameters: the name of a variable, and the datatype in which to iterate over. For each iteration over the array, we want to check if the tile in the array matches the char letter we passed in. If so, we want to increment our count by one. After the enhanced for has finished iterating over every tile, we want it to return the number (in this case, the variable count) of matches.

Be sure to also initialize the int count variable to zero.
