You are on the right track, you just need to remove the commas. Values for the margin do not (and cannot) be separated by commas.
To also give you a little bit of an advanced trick, you can also use only 2 values:
nav ul {
margin: 0 10px;
}
When you use only 2 values, the first one does Top and Bottom and the second one does Left and Right.
