Not sure how to write the instance
// Example of UIBarButtonItem instance
// let someButton = UIBarButtonItem(title: "A Title", style: .plain, target: nil, action: nil)
enum BarButton {
case done(title: String)
case edit(title: String)
func button()-> UIBarButtonItem {
switch button {
case BarButton.done:
return UIBarButtonItem(title: String, style: UIBarButtonStyle.done , target: nil, action: nil)
case BarButton.edit:
return UIBarButtonItem(title: String, style: UIBarButtonStyle.plain, target: nil, action: nil)
}
}
}
let done = BarButton.done(title: "Save")
let doneButton = BarButton.button()

case done(title: String)
case edit(title: String)
func button() -> UIBarButtonItem {
switch self {
case .done(let title): return UIBarButtonItem(title: "Plain", style: .done, target: nil, action: nil)
case .edit(let title): return UIBarButtonItem(title: "Edit", style: .plain, target: nil, action: nil)
}
}
}
let done = BarButton.done(title: "Save")
let doneButton = done.button()
This challenge is glitchy and you need to add the associated values for the cases in the switch statement. And switch button won't work, you must use switch self (self refers to BarButton).
