790 PointsI don't know how to set up ftp software or login to cpanel.
In the video he says he will assume that I know how to do that but I don't. Can someone walk me through it?

790 PointsThank you! What does the address of the server refer to? To enter into the host box? Is it the domain name? Should I leave the port empty? I am getting an error that it can not connect to a server.

17,230 PointsYou would need to go through your hosting provider for that specific information.

17,230 PointsIn order for you to have a host/user/password for use. You would need to have a site hosted through something/someone else.
Examples: Bluehost Hostgator WPEngine One.com
Once you have an account there is generally a section within the admin that you can either access or generate FTP information for that site. it generally includes the host/user and password or you can set your own user/password.
