239 PointsI do not have a "drop files here" section in my workspace sidebar.
Cannot upload the image files to the workspace. There is no "drop files here" section on dark gray sidebar

239 PointsI'm using firefox browser if that makes a difference. The upload file button isn't working either. No matter how long I drag the files and hover, nothing pops up. I try to drop and it doesn't take.

8,925 PointsOkay, make sure firefox is up to date and check your plugins page and verify that java is up to date. Lastly, check any security plugins that prevents things from running clear your cache and cookies.
I really hate to suggest this but if all else fails, then download and use chrome to access treehouse. I tried myself with firefox 43.1 and 43.0.2 (latest version) and everything works except the upload file from the menu. I also get an overlap on the folder name as you can see here:

4,725 PointsWas not working for me either but I was able to use "File" then "Upload File" and selected the files and they all uploaded.

8,925 PointsHave you tried dragging the files from your window onto the workspace window? Its hidden by default until you hover over it with the files. You can also go to the top menu and select File then Upload File and select the files you want to upload.
