CSS How to Make a Website Sharing a Website Upload the Website

I didn't get that Index of/ page, only redirected to the Web Hosting For Students.

It says "This is a default landing page. Please FTP into your account to upload your own files." My domain was updated on Namecheap, and followed some "getting started" steps on the control panel. Not sure of what to do next. Thanks

I got the same default page. I imagine that's because it is taking a while for the DNS transfer to complete.
