HTML How to Make a Website Beginning HTML and CSS Add Style to the Page

I did everything he said to do five or six times over. My text color won't change when I preview the changes to my h1

I also keep going to a page that says "Index of/" before I go to preview my html code. Is this my computer acting up or am i doing something wrong?

Hi Joe, if you could please post your code, then I am sure I could help you figure out why your h1 color won't change. As for that index of problem, I have had that happen to me too, and I am not entirely sure why it happens. If you post a link to your workspaces I might be able to help you.

Make sure that you have closing tags with correct tags and make sure that you have every thing on the same side ( also an html document for now, he will later on teach us how to have the css document seperatly on another document:)
