It looks like youre missing a couple of steps. I will try to break it down for you and explain whats happening. line by line.
In line 1 we create the dictionary and assign it to the variable iceCream.
In line 2 we add another keyvalue pair to our iceCream dictionary.
In line 3 we "grab" the value of "Apple Pie" by using its Key "AP" and assign it to the constant applePie
In line 4 we are updating the value by modifying the string.
