I can't seem to upload the images

I am trying to upload images to workspace and drag/drop from zip file. dis not upload.

Hi Karen,

You might have to "extract" the zip file first and then attempt to upload the images. When you double-click on the zip file, you should see an option to "Extract All.." or "Extract To..". Just extract them to a folder on your desktop or wherever you'd like. This should remove all of the images from the zip file and make them available to upload.

If you don't have a program that will unzip them, look into getting a program called WinZip or 7-zip. You might already have something like this, but I'm just throwing it out there since I don't know your machine or situation.

Again, I'm not sure if this is the problem you're facing, but hopefully it helps.
