I cant seem to get the downloads thing and the workspace thing on at the same time. how can I fix that?

my computer is a windows 8

Hi Donovan,

I use Windows 8 and had a similar problem finding the img folder after downloading it, regardless of where I know I saved it. My inelegant solution was to just use the mouse to drag onto my desktop where I could see it. Then it was easily uploadable or draggable into Workspace. I hope that helps.

i put the images on my desk top by them selves and then tried what he said dragging from my desk top and it worked.

I am not using Windows 8 on this computer. I can switch and see if I can help out more if the following doesn't help. Once you download the file, it is on your Windows 8 computer. Make a note of the directory that it is saved to. Probably "yourusername/download". Now open workspaces, right click and choose upload file, locate the file on your computer, open it and wait for it to upload.
