I can't see the imageeffects folder in the add components, but when I put it in directly it says "The script is an editor script.".

6,889 PointsIn order to see the 'Image Effects' you should accept the update to the API which Unity prompts you every time you start the project

2,475 PointsGeorge Vardikos is right, I was having the same issue. When opening your project each time a box will pop up asking if you have a backup made. Just select i already have a backup created and it will add the image effects file. Another way to access this is to click the assets button at the top and click the option for "run API updater...".
