2,123 PointsI can't download Xcode. "Xcode can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because macOS version 10.13.6 or later is required."
Is it possible to update further?

2,058 PointsIf you tell us what mac you have, it'll be easier to assist you. Are you able to update to 10.13.6? If your mac is too old (but not prohibitively old), you might want to look at things like this for extending the usefulness of your current setup.

2,058 PointsAll macbook pros mid 2010 and newer can update to Mac OS 10.13, so as long as you update you'll be able to download whatever version of xcode you were having issues with. Some features are locked to 2012 & 2013 Macbook Pros, but it shouldn't interfere with development, unless you're specifically trying to test a project that requires those features.
If you wanted to go to 10.14, however, the method I meantioned above (and other methods like it) would be the only way around it.
I hope this helps!
