2,159 PointsI cannot launch any of my workspaces.
Everytime I click launch workspace, I get an error informing me that my workspace has timed out. This occurs even why I attempt to open a new workspace. I actually copied and pasted my script into textedit prior to going to sleep last night just in case something like this happened but I can't really work on my lessons anymore until I figure this out.
Does anybody have any solutions to this issue? Is anyone experiencing something similar right now?
Thanks.

1,506 PointsI'm going through the same issue... In fact, I have tried both Mozilla and Chrome with no luck whatsoever. I hope they fix this soon... I got off of work early and was wanting to start coding some more.

19,287 PointsHi Carson,
I don't use Workspaces. It wasn't available when I started Treehouse. I just use my text editor (Sublime Text) and my web browser; which is what you'll be doing after Treehouse. I download the Project Files to my hard drive and away we go! No problems with Workspaces. Also, if you start learning a server side language like php or Python you will probably want to have a web server on your machine.

2,159 PointsReally? Interesting, it's working for me on Chrome @6:57 Pacific. Maybe try clearing your cache.

Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 212 PointsAre you on PC or Mac?
Carson Clark
2,159 PointsInitially I was on a Mac, but after reading your comment I checked my PC which is running Windows 8.1 on Chrome and it worked on that too. It seems to be something on your end.
Dustin Boeger
Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 212 PointsOk thanks. I'll look into it. I'm on a mac and I've cleared my cache and dropped off of my VPN, so not sure what's going on. Thanks for checking.

2,159 PointsYeah a VPN wouldn't make things any easier. Are you running any user scripts or extensions on Chrome?

Dustin Boeger
Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 212 PointsYes definitely using extensions on Chrome. Don't have any user scripts though.

2,159 PointsHmm, just wait for a mods help ;p I am pretty new here myself so I can't offer anymore advice.

39,199 PointsA VPN is unlikely to be the cause. However an extension is quite likely.
So I'd suggest you try using Chrome in Incognito mode and if that doesn't work try a different browser. If it works in a different browser you can try disabling your extension one at a time until you find the culprit.

Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 212 PointsNo problem, I appreciate your help. I can use my own ide, but I wanted to try and work with the tools provided. Anyway thanks for the help.

Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 212 PointsJames, thanks for the suggestions. It's not working in Chrome or Firefox, but I'll try the incognito mode. Thanks.

Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 212 PointsI was only able to get it to work in Safari. Strange that it won't work in the top two browsers.
